🌿 Reset and Recharge Walk — Founding Group

  • Kauranga Valley Thames New Zealand (map)

Step away. Breathe. Come back to yourself.

If you’ve been craving space to think clearly, to slow down, to reconnect, this day is an invitation to do exactly that.

Join me for a small, hosted experience in nature, designed to help you reset, reflect, and gently move forward.

This is not about how far or how fast you walk.
It is about how you feel while you are there, and what you take with you afterwards.

The experience

We will spend the day immersed in the natural beauty of the Kauaeranga Valley, walking at an easy, relaxed pace, with space to pause, notice, and reflect.

Along the way, I will offer a few gentle prompts to encourage your thinking. Nothing heavy or forced. Simply an opportunity to gain clarity on what matters most right now.

There will be time for quiet reflection, as well as natural, meaningful connection with others in the group.

You will leave with a sense of lightness, perspective, and renewed direction.

A note from me

This is something I have been wanting to create for a while.

Not a big event. Not a challenge.
Just a simple, intentional space to step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with what feels important.

If you have been feeling that quiet pull to do something for yourself, this might be your moment to say yes.
