Paths and Possibilities 🌿

Hello friends,

February is here, a month of growing light, renewed momentum and quiet intention. As summer unfolds here in Aotearoa, I am feeling especially grateful for the rhythms of life, both on the land and within ourselves 🌞

This month I am excited to share a mix of practical adventure inspiration, nourishing reflections and ways to deepen confidence and purpose in your everyday life.

Have you been noticing how small steps shape big change? This edition is for you if you’re exploring purpose, courage and the quiet progress of everyday life.

🌿 Coromandel, New Zealand

This month, Coromandel feels full of quiet energy and small discoveries. At Shambhala, the off grid cabin is slowly taking shape, each beam and panel a reminder that meaningful projects grow step by step. It’s a joy to watch ideas become reality in such a hands-on way.

Looking ahead to the treks this year, it’s exciting to see more people preparing for Annapurna Base Camp 🏞️ and Everest Base Camp 🏔️. These journeys are as much about the inner experience as the outer adventure, showing us what we are capable of when we move with intention and curiosity.

Here’s to embracing new challenges, finding calm in the process, and celebrating every small step forward — Sharon 💚
